This Memorial moves me every time. I was an Explorer with Riverside Police Department when the 11-99 went out the night of December 31, 1995 in the Woodcrest area of Riverside. The officer who was shot was one I did a few ride-a-longs with and I worked with his wife. Thankfully he survived. I still listen to the recording of the 11-99 and every time he says, "4R31 Roll me God Please" brings tears to my eyes. Thanks for the memorial and sharing the stories of the fallen.
