this video helped me. i know nothing about computers and am learning about it in class with a teacher who doesn't explain anything. i enjoyed being talked to like a child, it was refreshing compared to university profs who think we know everything.. (at least i don't, obviously)

If you want to know how something works, you don't go to YouTube. Read a book, take a class, and do your research. Especially if you are looking to build a computer yourself. There's way more to it than any YouTube video would tell you (not to mention there's way more to it than anyone would want to put into a YouTube video. That's the kind of information computer specialists charge you a lot of money for.)
