Other books he's written and that are great is the {Fear} {Dead or alive} {Elephant and the twig}. Plus loads more. He's one of a kind and a real real bloke! Top guy.Would not want to cross him!!!

@Pankration321 Absolutely right. He's not teaching boxing here (although he could), this is the one punch pre-emptive strike. Keeping the hands down makes the strike more unexpected.
