Great video! Nutivas coconut oil is NOT raw, (at least they had the integrity to admit it). I would recommend Artisana Raw coconut oil, or make your own. Look it up to see what i mean if you wish.
I also love avocados for my good raw fats (i eat 1/2 day). I also put ground flax seeds in my smoothies (used to use the oil years ago) but this way it is easily abosrbed by body. I like Natures path, use a tablespoon or two in smoothie and no taste! If flax seeds are not ground not easily absorbed.

@qwertasdcfghjklmo24z You're so sweet! And topically on my skin/face I only use organic olive oil with 10 drops of essential Lavender oil per a 1 oz bottle. If you tend towards breakouts, then use coconut oil instead.

@qwertasdcfghjklmo24z as long as it's organic or grass-fed, I'm with you! I can't get that, so I use Grapeseed oil instead (also good for high heat cooking)

how about flax seed oil? cant I take fish oil and flax seed oil together? or one is beter than the other? please help I have UC and bought barleans cold pressed oil and I take like caples like you do just pop them into my mouth what do you think... how much of what oil should I take....thanks

@eri9390 You sure can, people with UC usually need 1 tsp cod liver oil and 2 tbsp. flax or Udo's oil per day. But begin slowly and build up to your tolerance.
