@joeysamek I never said they were smart; that doesn't mean they have to all have the personality of a sassy American prep. They got it right in episodes 1 and 2, when the droids were just that= droids. Then Lucas makes a dick move in episode 3 and decides in his infinite wisdom to completely remove the threat from the entire fucking droid army.

But then again, from the sound of it, you've never seen the prequels, let alone the original trilogy...
