I took what we did and touched it up a bit since the final, I re lit the scene, moved around some geometry, fixed some shaders, and rendered out the scene again.
I'm still not entirely happy with this project, but *shrug* it's good enough.
Programs used
Maya 2008,2009
Motion Builder 7.5
Endorphin 2.7.1
Cortex (don't remember the version)
Nuke 5.1v3
3Ds Max 2009
None of the props were created by us, they were found from various sources on the internet, the project itself was to take motion capture animation, clean it up, and blend it with other elements to try to make an animation that worked well.
The main character was rigged by Antonio Rosario
Most of the animation was cleaned by Alberto Silva
I did a lot of the organization and planning, as well as cleaning up animations and troubleshooting.
You guys rock, this teamwork was amazing.
Lol that was cool! did you make this all only Endorphin

Well Marcus Fenix was animated using motion capture, one of the blue guys had some motion capture animation in him, but the other two blue guys were done in Endorphin.
We brought Marcus into endorphin with his animation though to get the final result here, so yes and no haha. The final result was exported from endorphin into Maya to render it, but not all of the animation was from Endorphin.
