No Luckenbach is about 15 minutes South of Fredericksburg TX in the hill country. A steakhouse south of San Angelo I'm not sure about. Could be Zentner's daughter, but I'm not sure if that was around in '62, mostly cuz I was born in '85. If you ever get that way again try Perini's south of Abilene, or the Beehive in Albany. You should also go to the real Luckenbach, it's a blast.

In about 1962 I visited a steakhouse somewhere south of San Angelo, could this have been Luckenbach, Tx?
