C.W. Stoneking performing live at the Rosendale Cafe on Saturday April 19, 2008.
Unfortunately, he lost his instruments in a cab in NYC the night before this show, so he was using a borrowed guitar which he had never played on before. Even so, it was an incredible show. Check out my music blog at www.ammuse.wordpress.com to read about it.

@yelvisthecat2 surely the point is that the original artists are dead. Live music is (to me at least) much much better than recorded music, and stoneking is the best guy out there at the moment producing this sound that you can see live.
also his original songs are pretty good.

@yelvisthecat2 Actually, that's what his voice sounds like in real life, albeit with an Austrailian accent.
Check out his original work, especially his Jungle music, if you're so insulted about a one off RJ cover.

@wasserfish If something's described as effortless, it's a compliment, not a critisism!

@LeilaJaneKeeney Yeah, I was just in a pissy mood that day. My apologies.

@wasserfish what i mean is he covers it so well you would believe that it just came natural to him. He gives such a satisfying performance!

@LeilaJaneKeeney
Effortlessly huh?
I doubt that, I would rather recognize the amount of practice and work that goes into a performance like this.
I believe his hard work it shows respect for his audience, and I would like to show respect back by acknowledging that.
