Gordon & Elias, L.L.P. is based out of Texas with an of counsel office in Pittsburgh. Their truck accident lawyers answer the phones 24/7/365. Call 800-773-6770 or visit their website at: http://www.truckaccidentlaw.org/Eastern-Pennsylvania.shtml OR http://www.truckaccidentlaw.org/Western-Pennsylvania.shtml.
They literally approach each case on a national basis. What does this mean? They have relationships with lawyers in each state; most all trucking injuries involve persons and/or companies from different states; and this allows you to choose what is the best venue for your particular case. For example, just because yur truck accident occurred in PA, a trucking company could be from New Jerseyand you could file your case there. What if the New Jersey venue provides a potential of a larger jury verdict? Wouldnt it possibly be better to file there? Do you think if you just run out and retain a local lawyer they will file in New Jersey? That might require them to share their attorneys fees.do you think they want to do that? Gordon & Elias, L.L.P. anticipates they will be utilizing co-counsel and, therefore, anticipates they will be fee sharing and that is just fine with them! They are motivated by making their client happy first and making money will come from that. Their motto: Work Hard, Do a Great Job & the Money Will Follow.
The call is free; there is no obligation created from the call; and they work on a true contingency fee basis, i.e., if the client does not recover money, then you pay absolutely no fees nor any expenses.
Whether it is bad brakes, driver fatigue, loose loads, improper loads, reckless driving, speeding, blind spots, underride issues, poor maintenance, company negligence, logbook issues or any other type of cause, Gordon & Elias, L.L.P. knows exactly what to do to help you and they do it.
