Tito stated at one time that people kept coming up to him and asking him to play "that Santana song". He said "I was so mad. It wasn't Santana's song, it was my song. Then one day a royalty check from Santana showed up. After that, if they asked me to play "that Santana Song", I said sure I'll play "that Santana song!"
