What a beautiful story if survival!! My son had Pneumococcal meningitis which is also bacterial but not as common as Meningococcal. He was 19 months old and is very lucky to be alive today and healthy at the age of almost 4. I feel like the luckyest mother in the world to still have him here. When there is only aproximatly 30% chance of survival without disablement from Pneumococcal making it the most deadly form of meningitis. God bless your beustiful little princess!!! X
What a brave little girl! I had Bacterial Meningitis in January 08, lost most of my hearing! Seeing stories like Olivia makes you realise how lucky I am. Shes so brave and still manages to smile and play. Shes got a heart the size of an elephant. Well done Olivia!! ;-)
