@lattes4me I do believe with the jump in the video that they moved the sack from the foals nose, as it was a bit in danger there, but yes, I agree, so nice to see nature at its best, and allowed to happen x

@MsHannahdearie Horses have been giving birth for centuries without the aid of humans. Tugging a foal can help, but it can also hinder the process. If done incorrectly, you run the risk of hurting the foal. Furthermore, it can agitate and distress the mare. The consequences of tugging a foal can sometimes outway the benefits.

Beautiful Mare and foal. Would've been nice to see the foal up and standing.
The mare really didn't seem to have a care in the world once the foal was born.
I'm hoping to watch a friends mare foaling this month so wanted to know what to expect.
Hope they're both doing well ....°\(ッ)/°

Poor mare
Nice to see no interference. Momma knows what to do... Too many prople want to jump in there when the mare is foaling out.

My heart went out to this mare every time she made a push! And I gotta hand it to you, not stepping in and pulling the foal out like I've seen so many people do. I've been searching for a video where I could actually watch a mare give birth unhindered. Props to you for being the first of MANY. haha.
