TV Tokyo Sign-On Late 1970s

This was the sign-on (or "opening spot") for television station JOTX-TV, Channel 12 in Tokyo, Japan, known today as TV Tokyo. I think this may very well date back to the second half of the 1970s. A similar version of the sign-on was previously available on YouTube before it was removed. Also, notice the fonts used: Verdana in the title cards, and STAR 4 used in the explanation and overlapping. The STAR 4 font is based on The Weather Channel's WeatherStar 4000 forecasting unit. Most likely this was from 1981 or later since, as other posters have pointed out, it wasn't called TV Tokyo until that year. Previously it was Tokyo 12 Channel (Tokyo Ju-ni Channeru).
