I think shelters call them 'plain brown wrapper' dogs 'cause of their coloring but I just love them. To whoever saved him---gets a big hug!

Thank goodness he was rescued...I hope he's safe and loved forevermore. People like the sick commenter a few below will be wiped out soon...then no more of their blabbering and moronic, cowardly cruelty :-)
