Thanks to the past 2 comments. The song is off the Nine Inch Nails Album "Ghost" Its 37 or so tracks of music you can reproduce as long as you credit the artist and allow people to reproduce your reproductions and don't profit without the artists consent. Kind of a mouthful but its a really cool idea. Creative Commons it is called. There are 2 other videos in my profile using the songs from the album.
