Long Lake will take center stage this weekend when the annual Corn Days celebration gets underway at the Church of St. George.
The weekend-long event will feature live music, games, raffles, auctions, food and, of course, all of the sweet corn you can eat.
The annual fundraiser goes to benefit the Church of St. George and its outreach projects locally and abroad.
The Church of St. George is located at 133 Brown Road North in Long Lake. More information on the event can be found at www.corndays.com.
2002 Wayzata High School graduate Andy Juelich is making his debut at the Uptown Art Fair this weekend in Minneapolis.
I had the chance to sit down last week with Andy at his studio, which is located in the Northern Clay Center in Minneapolis.
The Uptown Art Fair kicks off today and runs all weekend long.
