Decided to make another with easier-to-animate legs and the ability to flex a little more without making "empty" zones. This one has under 400 polygons and two fewer bones than my last one.
Start to finish, including modeling, animation, rendering, and adding sounds, took around two hours total.
This time 'round, the 'mech is showing off non-extreme flexing that it would experience outside of combat, taking a step, stopping, and firing its two main guns.
These legs are MUCH easier to animate walking and running than the "Metal Gear style of the last 'mech.
