Ruto's Application to the ICC

Eldoret north mp William Ruto has made an application to the ICC pre-trial chamber, seeking to restrain chief prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo from asking for any summons to appear or issuing warrants of arrest with respect to Kenya's post election violence, until he conducts fresh, independent, impartial and fair investigations. In the application filed by lawyers Prof. Kindiki Kithure and Katwa Kigen, Ruto says he has reasons to believe that Ocampo may have formed an opinion that he could be a suspect, having been adversely mentioned by the Waki and the Kenya National Commission on human rights reports, which were relied on by the prosecutor to obtain authority from the ICC pre- trial chamber. Great Kindiki Kithure, Kula hiyo pesa ya maharamia kabisa. For sure you need it. And because they will lose and go to jail for many years, their ill gotten wealth needs to circulate in the economy rather than wasting in foreign bank accounts. What a better way than have it munched by a poor educated fellow like kithure. I wonder which lawyer will represent the other thug-son of Kenyatta. He also needs a poor young lawyer. The wealth has to be spread around for equality to happen.
