This is what happened when i strapped a video camera to the tail of my easystar... center of gravity was wrong and we got a splashdown on morecambe beach...be warned do not try this at home

  • @kalliber5 well,every aspect of RC planes apply to real planes as well, this airplane possessed an "aft" CG, meaning it's tendency is to lean back, as u add downward elevator pressure to neutralize the increase in angle of attack, you also, in turn, start to lose elevator movement, therefore in a just a few minutes he was applying full elevator downward pressure, but he basically ran out of room to push down so he eventually lost control, if he would have kept control, he would've stalled anyway

  • Its a miracle the thing got up in the air anyway. Next time use a brushless motor and a better prop.

    Tail heavy is always a bigger problem than noseheavy.

    Given the circumstances nice flying though
