Awsome bike I just bought 1 only paid an extra 1k for the color scheme. Bike dont vibrate at all full stop!! You cant short shift on it there is no need to the traction is unbelievable even in the wet I cant get it to spin and againsts my mates 08 model with terms and a power comander doing 160 at the wheel I get him each and every time anything below 8,000rpm the bike PULSATES violently but after that its soooo fucking smooth its unbelievable. So rev it!! Nothing compares.

Cool idea with the crossplane crank, but poorly executed engineering wise. The color scheme is obviously a huge selling point. That being said the 09 CBR Repsol edition is a better bike for the money.

@oneshotkill324 how is the crossplane "poorly executed engineering wise" ?? engines using the crossplane crank have won 3 motoGP titles and a WSK title... it's not about PEAK horsepower... it's about making the best use of the HP that you have. A tire that's not hooked up isn't making any HP. The Ducati strategy. The CBR1K is a kick ass bike, ugly.. but kick ass.
