i noticed i can loose all my tummy (i had a bay0 up top, but the bottom, not an inch yet..and i have worked out for three straight months, ate healthy and still nothing..my daughter is 10 and i guess maybe i waited to long, and my body got comfortable being this way..dunno :-(

Hey this is also another alternative to the sweat band but this one is in short form. Its a sweat band and shorts all in one. I actually own this and damn you sweat up a storm in these! I use these when I run on the treadmill. Once i got off and lifted a bit of the short off my knee the sweat was literally dripping down my knee. HAHA eww but it works! It won't let me post the link but they sell them on Amazon and they're called Delfin Spa Bio Ceramic Anti Cellulite Shorts

Hey you! I was wondering where you were. Reality check time. If you want to lose weight you absolutely have to be better about your diet. Weight loss is like 80% diet and 20% exercise. Not trying to be a downer just honest. I know it's not easy but as Jillian says if you want it you've got to fight for it. Hang in there I'm on day 16. Keep posting cuz I feel like you're my ripped in 30 workout buddy :-)
For the belly fat, try getting a sweat band that you wrap around your stomach and do cardio workouts, jump rope, jog, power walk ect. It helps shred the excess fat on the stomach a lil faster. And try doing extra ab work outs after the video workout. Drink alot of water thru out the day, it helps fill u up and it actually gets rid of extra water wieght!!
