Longplay of the TurboGrafx CD version of It Came from the Desert, which is pretty much nothing like the classic Amiga original it's based on.
It has some similarities though as you will see if you've played the Amiga version - your main ally is a scientist, you're in a desert town in the middle of nowhere (though they changed the original name of Lizard Breath to Lovelock), the overhead ant battle minigame is quite similar and how the action part of the game consists of minigames is also the same idea as in the original... though the minigames in this one aren't very good at all.
This version isn't really much of a game, consisting mainly of very cheesy video sequences.
I have to admit I enjoyed playing it though, mainly because of how cheesy it is.
This version makes me sad...

WFT! The Amiga version was something completely different! This should've been its own game. OMG this almost makes me cry. And the Megadrive version...

LOL... man the Amiga Version certainly looked way different. At the start I thought this was a spoof. LOL... good old times. Thanks for the upload.
