Morgan Park Raceway, Australia. 10 laps, Race 1.

Starting 2nd, Tim attacks Paul Manteit for the lead in race one of the weekend. The pair race wheel-to-wheel until the 9th lap, when Manteit spins while chasing Tim through the lapped traffic.

2nd (+0.5s) - Nick Herford (Yellow Jacer F2K7)
3rd (+7.0s) - Paul Manteit (Yellow Rapier 2007)

3rd - Mike Smith (Gerbert 2005)

Unfortunately, the camera failed to record in following races. Tim wins the next two races. Entering the fourth (and final) race of the season, the CAMS State Championship was a 'winner takes all' scenario between Tim, Paul and Mike Smith. Tim and Paul resume their weekend long combat right down to the last corner, with Paul taking the race win and championship.
