This song was written after walking through my old neighborhood where I grew up and spent my early years. It was a quiet and gentle snowy evening and my memories flooded my mind as I walked. I wanted to try and recreate at least the geography of where that walk took place with this video.

  • truly exceptional song and video

  • This is such a clever video, really like it the freeze frames cut from motion.

The song is so professionally put together and has a great quality. Brilliant performance.

Overall, exceptional work. 5 out of 5

    Best wishes,

    Pete

  • Very Nice. Interesting slide show. It's always so strange to go back... always a bitter sweetness about going back. Love the 'living in my bones' line... very true way of expressing the feeling.

  • Brilliant, and quite touching.

  • Beautiful, great video as well. I guess anyone who has lived away from "home" for a long time will be able to empathise - particularly at this time of year when the reminders of christmas (and blimey, the need for a break from work) make you think more about where you come from.

My primary school has been knocked down as well...
