It's time for Jamaican citizens to become proactive, BY DEMANDING that JAMAICAN POLITICANS do more than make promises and instead place in writing in the form of LEGAL COVENANTS WITH EACH COMMUNITY, STATING WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR EACH COMMUNITY WHEN THEY ARE ELECTED, in order to receive the votes of each community's members. If those politicans break those legal covenants then the community should take the politicans before the courts in Jamaica. I KNOW, I KNOW THAT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN.
