i didnt think sakura stood much of a chance against gouken but she did pretty good! sakura is so fun to use(imma sakura player) ^__^

Yes he is. But that does not mean he wins tournaments. He is a very very good sagat though. And has the most Points. But that can mean you just play a lot as well (but he got a high % of win to)

Mago is the highest ranked player in Japan. He uses Sagat. He's one of many Sagat players that are in the top of the Japanese rankings.

Seth and gouken are complete different from Ryu for example. Ryu is just very strong, but he doesn't got any broken moves that can give him an advantage over everyone by spamming it. [Counter for example, can counter ULTRA, can counter almost every move]
Seth just has the best attacks from every fighter. Although low hp and low attacking damage.
Sagat is overpowerd though. Although not broken, as there is no sagat that won a big tournament yet. Always Ryu or someone else

That's good to hear too, since Gouken and Seth are my mains and I get whined at by shotoclones ALL the time.

the banned infomation was wrong, Japan never banned Gouken or Seth.
The two character still weak, if they banned, Sagat or Ryu should banned too...
In Japan's Tournament, They use Aracde version,
so they can't use the added character. Aracde only got 17 character.
so please don't say they banned info anymore, that is wrong...
