MGR always referred Karunanidhi as "Karunanidhi avargal" or as "Kalaignar" unlike JJ who just calls him as Karunanidhi. I truly appreciate that one quality of MGR (among several others).

I do agree MGR is a great leader........ But Sathunavu thittam was introduced by Kamarajar then MGR upgraded it with providing eggs as well...But Kamarajar is probably one true leader who didn't do any corruption and always thought about people welfare..... MGR has his own pitfall but still he was great with poor people.
