Benjos first 20

Fishing at himley for tench and crucians was a bit of a washout. However a change in tactics to fishing on the surface for a small group on large carp and grass carp saw me hook a fish after and hour. The fish plodded around on the light tackle and after 32 mins it finally went in the net. At 20lb 4oz it was a new pb for me well chuffed

Ye thers some massive grassies in ther but they spook off the bait pretty easily. My try a zig rig next time i go. Thers some big roach and crucians in ther i believe aswell. Tightlines
