Question: does this work with a bass guitar as well? I mean, can the speaker emulation reproduce the low sounds of a bass speaker?
-
Let me get one thing clear before I go ordering this:
I know it sounds awesome and all, but I can plug my amp speaker out into the PDI and record? This is a dummy load as well??

mix is bad imo muddy but this is nice piece of gear

@EmilEchal You made a great purchase with this thing! Don't give up on it. I'm the guitarist who tracked the parts you hear in this demo. It worked so well with no fuss at all. I will say that the amp we used for this guitar sound kicked butt too. Again, don't give up - this is a great unit!

@EmilEchal Dont be! The warm, transparent and gorgeous tone cames from good mic pre amps they feed the PDI-03 into. Something like the Focusrite ISA One could get you there, if you dont want to go the "Pro Tools way". Good, basic reproduction is one thing, beautiful coloured sound is quite another. It has nothing to do with guitars, amps, pedals etc If you got a great pre amp, Neve, Avalon (the ISA works fine), and a SM57, or a DI, or wathever, anything will sound great. That´s why pros use them

where can i get one of these?
Do they come in stereo?

@willievega yes, there is a stereo unit, the PGA-05. However, the load box is not included. It's more like a stereo version of a PDI-09.
