Se me ocurre que algo de baja frecuencia puede estar haciendo resonancia por lo que el sonido se amplifica hasta que lo oímos

Wait... I hear it too. I can hear it for a while, and then it stops. Sometimes it gets louder, and then stops for a minute, and then I hear a buzzing sound too! Oh wait... that's just my washing machine.

I'm thinking it could be radio waves or something. or it can be some sort of mini earthquake noises. Or a power plant generator. Or someone's air conditioner.
These are all guesses anyways! We prob wont know for certain

@Anmollification your hearing is very sensitive,thats it. you can hear the signals that the cellphones satellite towers send to your phone...thats very interesting! but must be annoying
