I suffer from Major Depressive Disorder which has caused me to have bad insomnia... while I type this it's 3:05AM and I haven't gotten a full nights sleep in NOW 5 days... at least per day I'm getting approx an hour or two of sleep.

for me i just dont think about sleep or anything sleep related 1 hr before sleep and while sleeping and instead think of things i would normally think when i was able to sleep(happy things, friends,etc)

its 5 40 and ive been tring to get to sleep since 10 30pm and its really frustrating i have been having really dramatic mood swings when i dont sleep properly :/ so i dont know if im classed as an insominiac, i can't really remeber the last time i woke up feeling refreshed i usually get three hours of sleep on a good day.
so if you can get back to me hun it would be great thank you :)

'It's really frustrating'. Yep that won't help in my opinion. If you check my blog I've put an article up explaining the 'Anti-Sleep cycle'. that should explain things a bit more. Then feel free to ask any Q's that come up for you off the back of it

its 1.28 am here and ive been trying to sleep from 11 pm
tomorow..well today i am going to meet a girl who i actually like....
could this affect my sleeping? because im excited for meeting her?
but this happens to me everyday my sleep routine has changed from winter to summer...in winter i would sleep at 9.00pm and summer im sleeping in 3.00am...
i really need help to stop this insomnia! :(
i need to be at a bus stage 6 more hours from now :(
