sounds very impressive!
-
I can't hear it? I only hear the guitar!
-
neat--I could do some blues on my guitar and stomp out a basic rhythm pattern on the stomp block

Do these require batteries or anything? Sounds really great! Most amplified boxes sound like you're thumping a toothpick. This has alot of presence.

@petermanohw This whole concept of making these types of stomp boxes intrigues me, would you consider making a video on making these at some point?

You need to plug your computer or phone into a sound system, the bass sound us too deep for a small speaker!

Or use headphones....

Hi, The problem with most stomp boxes is that generally makers just stick a pickup in them, which serves to amplify the sound of what ever you are playing. So if its a little wooden block..... then it will sound like a little wooden block, only louder!!
So what I do is ignore most of the sound produced by the "Box" and I generate a Bass sound using the physical energy of your stomp and use it to drive a magnetic membrane, that simulates the sound of a much larger unit. I also sell these!!
