SPOILER:
For those of you that don't know, the Blue Testament is Virgil, from the first part of the game. He also appears in Episode 3, where you find out much of his backstory.
I would highly reccomend playing the whole series for anyone who hasn't. Episode 2 is the worst, but heck, its got more Albedo, and who doesn't love Albedo!
