I wonder if your Sangster family is related to mine. My 3x Great-grandfather on my mother's side was Basswell Sangster b. abt 1818 in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He was married to Jane Napier and they had three children - Isabella, James and Jane (my 2x Great-grandmother). They came to Ontario sometime after 1860.

Sorry, The earliest of my Sangsters coming to Canada was 1903. I descend from a series of George Sangsters going back to the mid 1700's all from Cruden in Aberdeenshire. Thanks for the enquiry.
