ehm - you now, that you can kill X with alt + print + k since jaunty?!
I thought the new X-Version is the reason for this shortcut 0o

It's made for newbies.
Is it a problem with a 9.10 beta as I had the same problem (the instal froze), so I installed 9.04 instead.

Thanks as the lastest beta of Ubuntu will not switch of properly, so hopefully this will cure it.
What's the point of downloading a program just to change a line in a configuration file?
