The Tuesday night exhibition at MARS Gallery in Melbourne showcased small works by artist Emma de Clario. Creating with the belief that beauty and spirituality reside in the commonality of the everyday, Emma captures the magic of what others may be too busy to appreciate and reminds us that God is, in fact, in the details. The true definition of a contemporary artist, Emma uses her mobile phone to track the beauty of a moment and the nature around her. She combines these bits of technological perspectives with nature itself, using wood blocks as her surface and beeswax as a medium.
