Statue of liberty was a piece of French sarcasm. The USA in 1885 was hardly a trouble free place of freedom of experession !! Classic pieve of french duplicity AND they got the yankls to pay for it !! Love the french.

@doctorpsycho1960 I like this vicious cycle of politics, liberals lie and point fingers, then so do the conservatives.
It gets kind of tiresome, so I wont call you an idiot for making fun of Beck, its pointless and acts as much more of a vent for anger than being actually constructive or useful.. Please acknowlege that most of what he says and predicts is true and happens. Anyway, I got more important stuff to do.

@Unit1262 I think you are right that exposing Beck's warped version of history is not helpful in opening the minds of people who eat his garbage up. The video needs a ticker running at the bottom of the screen pointing out the fallacies and misunderstandings (such as, that Emma Lazarus was a "European").

Reminds me of the Hilter speeches I see from old movie reels. Hilter, Stalin used to change their history in speeches just like Beck is doing. He and Dave Barton are both liars for jeeeesus. If Beck had his way, gays, intelectuals, liberals or any other human who wants nothing to do with the invisible sky jockey would be wearing a tattoo and working in a "camp". Thats their vision of a god induced world. Scary, isnt it?
