  • C'mon, Fury! It's James Cameron doing sci-fi! What could possibly go wrong?

Even his weakest sci-fi film, The Abyss, is extremely well made. All his films are built around compelling stories and feature complex, well-developed characters.

And besides, it be good to see a master filmmaker pursue an original idea of his own creation. To many of the elder statesmen of film these days are too jaded to take such risks. But not Iron Jim.

  • Yeah man, on my site I've been following all that is Avatar. I recently posted a video there that got me pretty excited for the film

  • im exited for your review... thanks for the tips...never seen imax. whats this fox thing your talking about plugging in 'devices'?

  • Fox demanded Gavin Hood, director of Wolverine Origins make changes to his script . One device was how they handled deadpool for his own possible spinoff

  • Since I have unbelievable faint in James Cameron, what I'm gonna do is see the midnight showing in regular 3D at my local theater, which doesn't feature an IMAX screen. If I like the movie or fall in love, with it, I'm gonna see it in IMAX the next day!

  • I will go and see this film in a theater, a director as good as James Cameron should be respected and the fact that he was planning to make this film for such a long time ( 14 years ) makes me already think that this is going to be the movie for decades, a classic in the future. Too bad that I will not be able to see it in IMAX, here it will be shown in 3-D.

  • I love avatar it's awsome shoulld u c it ??? YESSS

  • dis is a processed movie fuckers ive already policing it..freemoviehq . o r g

  • MAN reviewers and critics bash Avatar for its storry, saying its a ripoff of Dances with the Wolves. I mean, come on give it a rest allready. Its simmilar to a point, but does that mean since there allready was a simmilar movie you cant use a simmilar spinoff story of your own for whole eternity? CMON.

Saying it was cheesy (nature vs. corporate machine), is an overstatement in my view and up to personal taste.

I for one, loved the story. Only cheesy thing in the movie was Unobtanium.

  • I subbed. I love this movie! Saw it in 3D. My film of the year!!

  • NO, watch it in 3D, in a CINEMA!!!! Its worth £7 for 3hours. As much as your electricity bill for the same amount of time

  • Just curious, how was A Christmas Carol?

  • Should YOU go see AVATAR?

    YES YOU SHOULD. Brilliant film.

  • @Zahinn lol we don´t even have IMAX in Denmark i payed what you be 22 USD just to see it in 3D, a normal ticket here is 15-20 USD

  • I saw it in 3D but not Imax 3D. Brilliant. It ones of those films that grows on you the more you think about it. Despite some shaky dialogue, cliches and predictable elements it's those parts that stop it from being too fantastical and unrelateable. I'd probably go back with my family if we had the cash and my dad doesn't throw up like when he saw his first 3D movie. (Which even kinda made me sick.) The FInal Destination's 3D sucked SO BAD compared to Avatar. Trust me. The 3D is beyond words.
