I took advantage of a break in the heat and humidity to try Orval, a Trappist Ale from Belgium, that had been sitting in my fridge for a couple of months.

  • Actually, it's a little over $5 here for a single bottle of that size.

  • @dynelol That's a little pricey but not too bad. Its a good enough beer to justify the cost every once in a while. Cheers!

  • It's the best beer, but not in this kind of glass. Take the true Orval glass, and good flight to the paradize.

    Cheers from Belgium

  • @JoeSakic019 I still need to get a proper Belgian glass. The beer is still very tasty. Thanks for watching!

  • It used to be my favorite beer for a while, but after a while it became too much of a 'safe' beer. So it changed into the one I still think that's one of my best beers: 'Karmeliet'

  • @robsteries I really enjoy Orval but I don't have it a lot. I will have to try the Karmeleit sometime.

  • i don't like this video...

  • @hunebau I'm assuming by the few words I recognize that you don't like the review? If so, what about it made you so mad that you didn't want to type it in English?

  • @opmike343 Yeah, there's no denying the Monks!
