In this video, I demonstrate, poorly, two types of get up exercises.
First sequence is a Floor dumbell press, Turkish Get up, Dumbell snatch complex w/ 55 lbs. Second sequence is a sandbag Get Up w/ 150 lbs sandbag.

  • Why would you even post a video of such poor quality? Move to a place with light, and buy at least a cheap tripod for your video camera so you don't make the viewers seasick. Then get the camera back far enough to be able to see what the subject is doing. As it is, you can just see parts of his body, and see the DB or bag swing past once in a while. This would be interesting, and the subject is obviously very strong, but the video is so poorly done that it makes the whole effort a waste.

  • I posted the vid upon the request of people who knew the quality of camera/ lighting I had, but wanted to see it anyway. Sorry if its not going to win a Sundance Film award. I'll be sure to tan, oil, and stroke myself to proper erection next time for your viewing pleasure.
