The video highlights the constant trouble in this area of Chelmsford, full of beer boy chavs and stuck up girls. Secondly, many incidents all over the country are filmed by news reporters every day - this is a fact of life. A police officer taking the law into his own hands and grabbing a camera phone out of someones hand in a public place is not on. It does constitute as "interference with your property" which is an offence for a police officer.

u notice at around 34 seconds, 3 girls squeeze their way through right where the officers are arresting the girl? That would not happen in the states. When officers are containing someone, you have to keep your distance or you could be charged with interfering with an officer doing his job.
