jasonnwest is completely correct.
hypnotism is just the subconcious mind, you have every ability to reject a command if nessesary.
i like to think of it as persuasion with more odds :P

This video and your information is fairly inaccurate. You did not give any real scientific explanation as to what hypnosis. So I challenge you to google "Human Givens" and find out from a proper source what hypnosis actually is.
