Why do you keep turning your gas off when the ball lock connector is self sealing?

There is a small leak when the valve on the ball lock connector is closed. I think I mention that in the video.

Great videos. You might want to invest in a 5 gallon water jug to hold your Starsan. It can be reused for quite a long time, while maintaining its effectiveness.

Seems like the oxyclean would sterilize the whole keg and lines.

I noticed the hops from that previous beer, would you recomend cleaning the keg after a beer that's been dry hopped right after the use, or did you not find any major problem waiting till your about 3rd batch?
