@estesaaron AH! I can't believe you haven't heard! :O They actually DID make a gay Romeo and Juliet. ='D It just premiered at the LGBT Festival in San Francisco June 20th! :D The irony of it is, the Juliet in that movie (Matt Doyle) was Peter in the CD cast! :D Ain't it great?!

@angerproblem20 ditto for me, honey. one of my close male friends is gay, and he talks to me about all of the ignorant people at our school who push him around and tell him he's nothing - and this show really affected me because of that. :'( i cry every time i watch it.

I've seen other versions of this and the way Peter comes out is absolutely perfect. He's so ridiculously cute. And the way Ivy's understudy plays her role is great.

this made me cry like a baby. from here until the end of the show i was a mess. i heard about this show yesterday and was so surprised when i found the whole show on youtube. this performance of the show is so fantastic and touching, at least to me. i loved this and it really affected me. i LOVE this show now.
