The Portland Trail Blazers improved to 8-10 on the still young 2012-2013 NBA season by defeating the Charlotte Bobcats Monday night, 118-112 in overtime. Despite getting 28 points form Ben Gordon, including eight three pointers, Charlotte wasn't able to hold off Portland at home on a night when LaMarcus Aldridge controlled the paint, Damian Lillard did a little bit of everything, and an unlikely unsung hero in Luke Babbitt played a critical role.

    BE's a cool site. Talented writers and good analysis. Wouldn't post there tho. Too much censorship. Those guys pushing this "family friendly" thing for a sports blog is absolutely ridiculous. I got banned for cussing like 3 times lol. Fuck posting there.

    Awesome little assessment. I would love to see more of these in the future, particularly for games like this one, or the overtime Houston wins from earlier, or if Lillard were to score 40+ points.
