@Statismisbad I dont know about that, the NDP are all about spending a lot more on social programs compared to the Conservatives.....and certainly a lot more than if the Republicans from the US were in power here....or the Tea Party I imagine.....but anyhow, best way to change government i guess is to change society, convince voters to vote in a new type of government that spends less....

@Lanarkwow No party shrinks the role of government, or the cost of government, or the size of government. That is the problem - every single year, the current budget outspends the previous year's budget. The Conservatives are just as bad as the Liberals or New Deomcrats

eg: You don't claim the $60 bucks you got for bouncing a buddies party, they don't claim $600,000,000 that they sent to subsidiary charities that get channeled into PR and media campaigning.

@Lanarkwow It' not about the PC's, they grow government. Total government spending keeps going up and up every single year, beating the previous year's spending record.

@Statismisbad I didnt ask why he was mad but if you wish to answer that, feel free....i just made a comment that he was mad and then i get yelled at "SHRINK GOVERNMENT"....heh you know last i heard that is something that people on the right side of things want to do.....I am not a political junkie but dont the pc's advocate less taxes and less government spending...sounds like right wing ideology to shrink govt...anyhow i wonder how long he stays like that for?
