@TheodenN Theo, Japan's known for the tech that it makes right? From my guesses, danger is present with showing your face on the internet. Should you show your face, there are chances that a stalker, hacker will compimise the identity of the victim. Other cases include having the victim's internet info and possible accounts being hacked, leading to being stalked by an evil pervert. There are capable haxxors in Japan, so I wouldn't show my face in vids. My incorrect explanation at most ^_^"
