In North America, South America, Europe, South Africa, East Asia, and Southeast Asia if any door is open on a car there is an interlock that prevents the whole train from moving.

One thing that's left in India to do is to mold public's character and give them a collective sense of shared destinity... Something that China's leaders have done in past 30 years... I know we Indians can vote and the shitty argument can go on, but, I've noticed that even Western civil society had to be molded for it to become a bit more hospitable... Public need to be taught not to shit anywhere it feels like, especially on sides of tracks in mornings... or pee, right next to a food stand.

India has expressways, good road connectivity, 63000 km of rail track, Konkan railway with numerous mountain tunnels and bridges with operating speed of 160km/hr, 3 major airline out of which kingfisher is 5 star airlines. World class hotels and telecommunication facilities. People who think we r stone aged Indians should wake up from their sleep.

Hanging on train doors might not be safe but people do it to get rid of heat or the train is simply too much crowded. More people die here crossing railtracks which is the main concern.

seems like CHARNI ROAD to me, two stops before the 'Western Railway' line terminates at Churchgate.

lol, we have all of that and actual airlines. PIA is just some subsidized puppet carrier.
Haha, were you giving them high fives? Indian people are so awesome.
