Aftermath of Beal students vs. London Police

Sorry for the shit quality. I'm new to recording stuff off TV with a webcam, so the quality is less than great. Doesn't help that the webcam on my lappy isn't very good either. I tried using both Windows Movie Maker and Virtual Dub, with the latter giving the best results. Movie Maker had piss poor frame rate and I was unable to set the bit rate or anything else.

Anyways, a large group of area high school students took to the street to protest the day after an incident involving them and the police at the old 7-11, now Sam's Mart. A store I really don't like going to because it's so filthy and disgusting. But that's another story in itself.

If someone manages to post a higher quality version, I will nuke this.

No copyright infringement intended. I'm only posting this so others can see the story, because the local station here doesn't post their news videos on their website.

good to know that someone that was not there is commenting...lmao! your a joke bud, i was there! theres dozens of police brutality cases latly, the London police force is a joke, if a bouncer at a bar can detain a full grown man without harming him then a police officer should be able to detain and arrest a 15 year old girl without beating the crap out of her.

No doubt eh. Regardless of what the girl was doing, the cop was way out of line in attacking her.

And regarding the reason cops showed up in the first place. That store/pizza place has always been a place where students hung out at lunch time, and rarely does anything ever happen that would warrant calling police.

It was very foolish for the owners to call the cops on them. But I guess if they want to drive away their main customers, they certainly did a fine job of doing just that.

London Police also LIE for each other. This is also another FACT.. there is a group now gathering evidence and it will be brought to the public once it is completed. If you dont start standing up for your rights you will lose them. You need to start thinking about the fact that young people protested against abuse. This should be admired not shot down

@Scratchmakerdude good comment. they controlled themselves, protested what they considered a wrong doing without violence. foul language is not realy that big a deal in somthing like this and I am sure anyone complaining about it uses profanity when they are angry also. So regardless of who was right and who was wrong they stood up fo r their rights and I have to respect them for that.

You are way out of the loop. Yopu are failing to understand the extent of police brutality and how they are now operating as organized criminals. They are beating people with NO reason . This is FACT. They are violating human rights and instead of criticising kids for protesting, just ask them to do their protests peacefully as it will gain more recognition. They have rteason to protest, but just dont know how to do it.
