you have no idea how heavy the boat is. ive done lots of rowing and still thats my least favorite part.

Yea same. We have this REALLY old quad called the victorious. The thing is pretty much a tank, used by the novices because you can't break it. Period. Solid fiberglass and heavy wood inner workings. It takes 4 senior rowers (like me..) to get it from the rack to the water. Even then the thing is still heavy..

I'm usually stroke in our lightweight 8 or stroke/2 seat in the lightweight 4
